The agreement
By buying or applying to a TG6-Dev AI Training program, you agree to these terms. The program is operated by TG6-Dev. Contact: dvelupr@proton.me.
What you're buying
Access & license
Your purchase is for you alone. Course materials are licensed, not sold — don't share, resell, or republish them. "Lifetime" means for as long as the program is operated; I'll give reasonable notice if that ever changes.
Refunds
If a self-paced or cohort program isn't for you, email me within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — before you've completed a substantial part of the material. Get Launched 1-on-1 work is scoped and scheduled individually; refund terms are agreed in writing before it begins.
What I promise — and what I don't
I promise real instruction and, in the higher tiers, real time and feedback. I do not promise a specific income, job, or outcome. What you ship depends on the work you put in. AI tools change fast; I teach you to drive them, not to memorize today's buttons.
Third-party tools
The program uses third-party tools (e.g. Claude, Claude Code, Stripe, Discord). You're responsible for following their own terms and for any costs they charge directly.
Conduct
In community spaces (e.g. Discord), be decent. I may remove access for abuse, harassment, or sharing paid materials, without refund.
Changes
I may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes that affect a program you're enrolled in won't apply retroactively to your access.
